Transferring GroupWise Messages From One User to Another

Use names interchangeably, in option 1 Bill has messages to share, in option 2 Susan has messages to share. Practice with a small number of messages, don't delete anything until you've both got what you want.

Option 1: Copying Messages From a Shared Folder
Bill, right-click on the folder you wish to share and select "Sharing...". Select the radio button "Shared with", add Susan to the "Share list:", under "Additional access" be sure to add at least "Edit" and possibly "Delete", click OK. You're now prompted to send a message to Susan informing her of the shared folder access. Type in a message if you like, and click OK.
Susan, open the "Shared folder notification" from Bill and in the "Install Shared Folder" window click "Next". Name the folder or accept the suggested name, and select where you would like Bill's shared folder to appear in your folder structure. Remember, this is Bill's folder and it's simply being shared with you. When Bill deletes this folder it will be deleted from Susan as well.
1a: Susan, now create a new folder and copy the messages you need from Bill's shared folder before she deletes it.

Option 2: Sending/Retrieving the Messages as Attachments
Susan, open the folder containing the messages you think Bill should have, select all the messages to be sent and forward as attachment.
Bill, create a new folder for the messages from Susan. After you receive Susan's message select all the attachments in the forwarded message and drag-n-drop those on the newly created folder. This will restore each attached message as a new message in the folder. Practice with small numbers.
