To restore deleted desktop shortcuts (WS-FTP95, GroupWise)

  1. Double-click "My Computer"
  2. Double-click the Z: drive or "Public on 'Ccmain/Sys'[Z:]"
  3. Double-click the "Desktop Shortcuts" directory
  4. Left-click (and hold), dragging the appropriate shortcut to your desktop
or
  1. Follow the link below to the "downloads" directory
  2. Right-click on the shortcut name you wish to restore or add to your desktop
  3. Take the option to "Save link as", and change the "Save in" directory to your desktop
  4. Go to the downloads directory
