Web Page Mail Links Won't Open a New GroupWise Message

When a user clicks a link to send a message from within Internet Explorer, she gets a message that the default mail client isn't properly installed. In Firefox, nothing at all happens.

The current workaround for this is to copy gwmailto.exe, gwmlt1.dll and gwmltous.dll from S:\GroupWise\Webpage_Mailto_Issue_Files to the C:\novell\GroupWise folder on the Windows computer.

Details:
Open "My Computer"
Open "Winapps on 'Ccmain\App'(S:)"
Open the "Groupwise" folder
Hilight "gwmailto.exe" "gwmlt1.dll" "gwmltous.dll"
Right-click one of them then select "Copy"
Open My Computer
Double-click "Local Disk (C:)"
Double-click "novell"
Right-click on the "GroupWise" folder and select "Paste"
Choose to overwrite existing files if prompted
Restart GroupWise
