Internet Explorer 9 Does not work with GroupWise WebAccess

WebAccess does not work in IE9. Novell has recommended two work-arounds:

1. Use Compatibility Mode:
   • Open IE9 > Click Tools and put a check mark on Compatibility View
     OR
   • Click Tools > Compatibility View Settings and add gw.caspercollege.edu. Close.
2. Use the Basic Interface: On the login screen select "Use the basic interface" and click Login OR Use the following URL:
   https://gw.caspercollege.edu/gw/webacc?User.interface=simple

• You may download/install Firefox from this URL: http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/fx/ and use it instead of Internet Explorer 9.
