Classroom Login Using Generic Account

All classrooms have a generic account associated with them that can be used if a request is made (x2399) to enable the account for a specified time period. Otherwise, the accounts are disabled. These accounts are generally used for classes that are composed of non-CC students such as community members on campus for training or for non-traditional students that are registered for a class but are not aware of their Webadvisor login ID and pin number as in the case of some CEU students.
So for example if a request is made to enable the generic login for bu122 till 10:00pm this evening, the students can log in with the following procedure.

At the Novell Login screen:
Username: bu122
Password: none (don't type anything, just click OK)

At the Windows Workstation Login screen:
These fields should already be populated with the proper login credentials and the users can simply click OK.
If not...
Username: cc
Password: none (don't type anything, just click OK)

As for case sensitivity...using lower-case characters is always going to be the best bet.
