have left our mail system.
Forwarding
- You have two options when forwarding--forward and forward as attachment.

- You can choose to delete the message if you don't recognize the address it came from or it looks suspicious.
- You can double-click the attachment--this will usually open the file inside the program it was created in.

the file is not opened in its corresponding application, click Tools
> Options. Double-click Environment and click the Default Actions
tab. Under File Attachments, select Open attachment.

can single-click the attachment--this will let you view the contents of
the file inside the GroupWise message window. This only works with

- You can drag the attachment to your desktop or other location on your PC.
Deleting Mail
- As with almost everything on the computer, there are several ways to delete messages.
- You can highlight the message by clicking it and then press the delete key on your keyboard.
- You can also right-click the message and choose Delete.
- To select multiple messages, hold down the Shift (sequential) or Ctrl (non-sequential) key while clicking the messages.
- Messages
will stay in the trash for 7 days before being purged by the server.
NOTE: if the server is running low on space, one of its reclaim
measures is to start deleting mail in the trash before 7 days. The
trash is NOT a safe place to store messages on a long term basis.
